Genomics Brings Heavy Lifting to Immuno-Oncology: A Special Issue

Image

Cancer is one of the most vicious disease which is devastating many lives psychologically, physically and in an unhealthy manner. The treatment of cancerous diseases is becoming a major challenge for the scientists and researchers working on chemotherapeutic agents.

Traditional pillars of cancer treatment – Surgery, Radiation, and Chemotherapy are moving to two new efficacious approaches: Cancer genomics and immunotherapy.

Cancer genomics is the study of the totality of DNA sequence and gene expression differences between tumour cells and normal host cells.

Immuno-oncology is an emerging field that has taken great strides in the fight against cancer, bolstered by a refined understanding of how tumors evade the natural immune response. The knowledge of immunology of the host and genomics of tumor are poised to exponentially increase in the next decade.

Journal of Carcinogenesis & Mutagenesis has been successfully publishing quality research articles for last 12 years and looking forward to frame up an eminent, outstanding Special Issue entitled “Cancer Genomics & Immuno Oncology” with best quality articles for Readers.

We are hoping that this special issue will widespread the information and will be one of the tools for the researchers in knowing about the novel discoveries in this field.

Authors are encouraged to share their ideas and valuable research outcomes through this platform and provide the global readers updated and most important information in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. as an attachment to jcm@molecularbiol.com or online.

Be a part of our Scientific Journey by contributing your outstanding research work with us.
